The Obex MIPS takes a classic, lightweight, safe and comfortable helmet and adds an extra level of protection (MIPS.). With an ergonomic design that's as comfortable as it is slick, a lightweight construction and tons of built in safety features, the POC Obex was already an awesome Ski and Snowboard Helmet. With the addition of MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) the Obex gets even safer as this state of the art technology allows for the helmet to offer greater protection in the case of impacts featuring rotational forces.
Featuring a Dual Material shell with a combo of PC and ABS + an EPS Liner, the POC Obex Pure is one of the lightest helmets in its class. Thanks to POC’s clever “360° Adjustment System” the Obex offers unparalleled personalization when it comes to fit without having to touch the pads. For ventilation, the Obex Pure features adjustable front and rear vents that provide natural air circulation while also allowing for steam to escape from goggles.
This helmet is designed for a seamless fit with POC goggles and is also compatible with the Obex Communication Headset (sold separately)
